Schedule an Inspection

The Detail, Information, and Service You Deserve

From a Buyers perspective; You searched long and hard for the home you are buying. Make sure you select your home inspector as carefully. I realize you are investing much of your savings on this home and know you deserve the best home inspection you can get. Let me help you feel more confident about your decision to buy. A home inspection is one of most important steps in the home purchase process. Your inspection should be more than a report with check boxes indicating good, bad, or I don't know. You are paying to be educated by a professional about the defects, health and safety concerns, and needed maintenance issues. My report and walk through with you, will give you the details of each area of concern, why it is happening, what action should be taken, and if possible, approximate cost of repair. I believe this is the information you need to make an informed decision before moving ahead. Once in the home, you can always contact me for advice about repairs or maintenance with your home. Be sure the home inspection company you choose can offer you this kind of information and service.

From a Sellers perspective; Scheduling a home inspection before you list a home for sale is a great idea for people who are interested in closing quickly and with fewer surprises. You can list your property with confidence. You don't want to lose a potential buyer because their private inspector found things wrong that you could have had repaired or replaced before you listed your property.

I Perform Thorough, Detailed Home Inspections You Can Trust

I am very involved in the Minnesota home inspection industry and have been working with Realtors, Buyers, Sellers, Bankers, and Insurance Companies, checking the condition of homes throughout St. Paul, Minneapolis and all surrounding MN cities for over 20 years. Reassurance Home Inspection LLC is locally owned and constantly striving to be the best by using the most highly recognized and accepted defect recognition tools and methodology available to the home inspection industry. I am a member in good standing with all of my professional organizations. Having a strong home repair/maintenance background (About Us) has helped to develop an eye for noticing the obvious and the not so obvious. This is especially true with many foreclosure, bank owned, or short sale properties because of the unique problems these homes can have. My customers rely on my experience, for honest home inspections and explanations that help confirm the condition of their home when selling or help protect and educate them from unforeseen problems when buying. Reassurance Home Inspection provides a thorough and professional home inspection of over 400 possible items to make sure that you are well informed about the current condition of home you are listing or purchasing. Buyers, Sellers, and Realtors are absolutely amazed at the amount of information I give them on the condition of the home and the suggestions and comments about maintenance and repair. To help you after the purchase, I offer a Homeowners Help page, with additional sources of maintenance and repair information and a Directory page with a list of people to help you if needed. I encourage you to keep things in perspective. No home is perfect. If any defect is observed, it will be duly noted in the report. My home inspections will give you the reassurance you need to move forward with the home you are considering. And please remember, a home warranty should never be a substitute for a home inspection.

I'm committed to being second to none. You can rest easy knowing your home has been examined and the findings reported in a clear, complete and professional manner. If you request Radon testing performed on your perspective home, the results can usually be available on the day of the home inspection. All of my home inspection reports are computer generated with digital photos and illustrations where applicable, of areas of concern and may contain maintenance and operational recommendations to help you with your new home. If possible, the estimated age of the heating and cooling systems are included. Generally my reports are e-mailed to you within 24 hours of the inspection or sooner for your convenience. I offer friendly, reliable, professional service before, during, and after every inspection. When the inspection is complete, you will have the information you need to feel more confident with your decision.

If you need any type of real estate inspection or have a question about MN home inspections, please give me a call. I will try to answer any questions you may have. I perform home inspections on all types of homes including single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, condominiums, and foreclosure properties (bank owned or short sale).
